Being from a family who’s been in the mint oil business for over 70 years, Kristin has been around the industry her entire life. She enjoys the team collaboration which brings the highest quality essential oils to the market. Kristin has a great appreciation working with a product that nearly every person worldwide will use in some form. She states, “Also a nice perk is that my workplace always smells great too! There’s nothing better than the sweet scent of natural mint.”

Greg started his career at Fritzsche, Dodge and Olcott (now part of Givaudan) in NY and NJ, before formally moving into mint with Callisons for nearly 30 years and now with RCB International, Ltd. since 2019.

Greg has worked primarily in research and development, sales and executive leadership teams large and small.

Greg’s role within RCB is to develop their technical expertise for the future and is integral to the work around testing, qualifying and evaluating products and production.

Greg has been heavily involved with industry organizations, being twice Chairman of the Board of the Mint Industry Research Council (MIRC), chairman of the MIRC Scientific Affairs Committee (six years), chairman of the MIRC Varietal Improvement Committee (four years), past member of International Federation of Essential Oil and Aroma Traders (IFEAT), IFEAT Scientific Committee Member and the first Callison’s Fellow in 2018.

Brett has been with RCB International, Ltd for 29 years, since its inception in 1992.

He has done everything in the industry, starting in the warehouse washing drums and doing miscellaneous tasks, then working in production, accounts payable/receivables, domestic shipping, import/export, inventory control, lab work and sales. Currently Brett oversees the daily operations at RCB.

When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Brett says, “The people.” Adding, RCB International, Ltd. fosters an open and relaxed atmosphere that makes it an enjoyable place to be every day. From the owners to the employees, everyone is a pleasure to work with.

From medicines and confectionaries to health and beauty, Brett is proud to be a part of an industry that provides products that touch so many lives on a daily basis.

Swen designs and builds production equipment and ensures RCB International, Ltd. is in compliance with all current regulatory requirements. With a high-tech background, Swen’s passion is developing ‘outside the box’ solutions to modernize essential oil production - making it safer, more automated and efficient. He is grateful for his RCB family and is proud of his contributions to RCB for more than 11 years.

John worked with agricultural crops and their natural products in Yakima Valley, Washington before working at RCB International, Ltd. He credits Greg Biza for the knowledge that he has learned while working at RCB International, Ltd.

John assists in the procurement, evaluation and creation of flavors and fragrances that RCB’s customers use around the world. From building a blend by fine tuning the oil, to testing the final product with instrumentation and chemical understanding, John enjoys the holistic process of creating a flavor product.
